The population of the communities we serve continues to grow as does the need for quality hospice and palliative caregivers as well as administrative professionals.
As a result, HPCIC is always recruiting full-time, part-time and PRN staff. Specific positions will be updated here as they become available, but we encourage you to complete the application so that your information is on file in our office.

Full Time Administrative Support
Posted Date: 2/16/2012A Full-Time hourly support person is needed immediately. Position will be responsible for administrative support in the Statesville office.
Applicant should have a wide variety of support skills as well the ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment. Must have strong computer skills, organization, flexibility, and solid knowledge and use of all Microsoft Office products is also required.
Secretarial skills, event planning, and data gathering and analysis are also critical to this position. Candidate must be available occasional evenings and weekends for special projects and department events.

Nurse Practitioner
Posted Date: 9/28/2011A Full Time Nurse Practitioner is needed to assist with the hospice and palliative care of patients in the homecare setting as well as local hospitals, nursing facilities and the Gordon Hospice House.
Two years as a nurse practitioner with experience in oncology and family practice ideal, experience in hospice and palliative care preferred. Competitive Salary and mileage reimbursement available.

HOMECARE STAFF PRN NURSEs
Posted Date: 8/17/2011Our PRN Registered Nurses will assist as needed with care for homecare as well as facility patients. Could have the opportunity to assist with call rotation. Competitive Salary and mileage reimbursement is available. Two years nursing experience with home health/hospice experience preferred. Bilingual in Spanish ideal but not required.
